Before online payment you need to register account on our site

Registration Fee prices are as follows:

• Non Member Fee: 470 Euro
• Member Fee: 370 Euro
• Residents Fee: 270 Euro
• Students Fee: 170 Euro

Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific lectures
• Access to the Exhibition
• Congress materials
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks and lunches

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 60 days before the Congress: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the Congress: No refund will be provided.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If the Congress is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers, the Organisers will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or provide an alternative solution. The Organisers shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

Registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation, subject to prior written notification and approval by the Congress Secretariat. Any applicable administrative fees may apply.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress and returned to the original payment method, where possible. Bank charges and administrative fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
